Hi, I’m Matt Pierce, our Customer Engagement Manager and host of the Forge, I’m going to be in the UK. I’ll be at the World of Learning in Birmingham on October 2, 2012 and in Newcastle spreaking at Technical Communication UK (TCUK) on October 3 and 4. Prior to that you’ll be able to catch me in London and Glasgow.

Want to give me feedback or suggestions for TechSmith products or ask a how-to question? Want me to give you some swag? I’ll have some TechSmith titanium sporks and maybe a TechSmith Rubiks Cube or two. Since my bag and yours might be full, I can have the swag mailed to you. Be one of the first though, as quantities are limited.
