Looking forward to the reveal. Hoping there will also be some bug fixes for the scrolling capture in Chrome. Any word on a fix yet?

Hi Brandi! Snagit for Google Chrome doesn’t currently have scrolling capture in Chrome. You may be speaking of Snagit for your Windows or Mac machine. There are some websites that use design elements that make it almost impossible to capture an entire scrolling website (think: your Facebook timeline that goes back indefinitely).

However, we just released a Snagit for Windows maintenance update that might fix the issue you speak of (if you’re a Mac user, you’ll need to wait a little longer). Here’s a link to our technical support page about the fix for Chrome scrolling capture:

Hi Sam. Thanks for the reply. I am talking of the windows desktop version. I understand pages with parallax and other dynamic content prohibit the scrolling capture, but even on static pages, I’m having an issue with scrolling. I’ll check out the update and hope it fixes it.
