Here at TechSmith we pride ourselves in our Customer Service. Our goal is to answer phone calls with no hold time, complete most orders with same-day turnaround, and answer all online help tickets received the same day. If you have ever called for assistance with an order or license key retrieval, we hope that you had a positive experience.
