Earlier this year, I was selected to speak at a software development conference, Better Software Conference West 2012, on "Why Self-reflection Matters".  I was blown away by the quality of the conference organizers and the sheer volume of wonderful conversations with people attending the conference. TechSmithies are hitting the road! A bunch of us are headed to Agile 2012 conference next week nearby Dallas, Texas on August 13-17. This is our 5th time attending this conference. "London is one of the most enchanting places I've ever been on this planet." - Don Johnson I have to agree with Don Johnson! Instead of braving the tough shoppers for Black Friday, I flew to London! I'm over here for a few weeks and I'd love to meet-up with you on the road. This weekend I attended the London Startup Weekend EDU.
