What are sessions like at ScreencastCamp?

What's unique about an unconference or BarCamp like ScreencastCamp is that the content of the sessions is always a surprise! As an unconference newb attendee in 2011, I will admit being a bit nervous about the whole thing. "You mean, people just show up, talk for awhile, and a conference agenda emerges?"
