Help My Capture! How do I remove a busy background using Snagit 11?

We have been asked by Snagit customer, Rolf, what is the easiest way to make the  background of a head shot transparent when the background is not a single solid color? In this situation, color replacement will not work well. So, you need to do this process manually using the Erase, Selection, and Fill tools, and if desired, the Blur tool.
