The Forge: All about Camtasia Studio 8 on June 19

Most people have an experience when they see something and think “so this is the future.”

As a frequent creator of videos and screencasts with TechSmith products, I have seen the new version of Camtasia Studio 8 and have had that experience — I’m not even hesitant about saying it is going to be AMAZING! While I can’t get into any of the details, we are going to give you a chance to see it for yourself.

When: June 19th, 2:00 PM Eastern (Get your calendar reminder here: http://bit.ly/LDnvJP)*
Where: http://blogs.techsmith.com/the-forge/

We are going to show off Camtasia Studio 8. That’s right, episode 20 is all about lifting the curtain and giving you a view of the new version. We are also going to be talking about how we got to this version, you can hear from the folks that were behind the scenes. We might just be giving away a copy or 2 (maybe even 8).

Check back here the day of the show for the live stream. Of course, if you can’t watch it, we’re always recording it, so you can watch it later.

Note: That we originally scheduled this for June 14th, but we needed to change the date. So if you had planned on watching on that date – we’re really sorry!

*The iCalendar format doesn’t adjust for time zones. So it will put it at 2:00 PM in your time zone.  Remember it’s 2:00 PM Eastern, so adjust accordingly.

    • Coldje

I don’t see it in there.  Version 2.1 for Mac seems to have it though.  Bugger, bugger, bugger.
